GTA Structural Concrete Contractors
The concrete nobody sees, done so it holds.
Footings, foundation walls, retaining walls, and structural repair — formed, reinforced, and poured to the engineering, not a rough guess.
Structural work doesn't leave room for shortcuts.
This is the concrete that carries load. Rebar placement, formwork, and cure time matter more here than anywhere else on the property.

Structural concrete questions
Do I need an engineer for a retaining wall?
Often, yes — taller walls, walls that hold back a slope near a structure, or anything near a property line typically need an engineer’s stamped drawing before a permit is issued. We flag it during the site visit so there are no surprises.
Can you repair a cracked foundation wall instead of replacing it?
Depends on the cause and extent of the damage. Hairline cracking from normal curing is usually a non-issue; active water infiltration or movement needs an assessment first. We’ll tell you honestly whether repair or replacement is the right call.
What is underpinning?
Underpinning extends or deepens an existing footing to add bearing capacity or allow for a lower basement floor. It’s specialized structural work done in sections, usually tied to an engineer’s plan.
How is structural concrete different from a driveway pour?
Reinforcement, formwork, and inspection points. Structural concrete carries load, so rebar placement, mix design, and cure time get checked against an engineer’s drawing rather than general best practice alone.
